This book describes the failure of the HEALTH CARE REFORM TASK FORCE set up by our President in 1993 under the leadership of Hillary Clinton and Ira Magaziner. It shows clearly the areas of misinformation given to the Staff of the Task Force that guaranteed its failure. It expresses and supports the view put forth by those who study the process of major social change in great societies when they describe such an effort as a multi-year process
